Location

The picturesque village of Salema is tucked away in the fold of a narrow valley, snuggled beside the ocean and a sandy beach. Much of its traditional charm still remains. Along the beach fishermen mend their nets and pots beside colourful boats as they have done long before tourists ever visited. Salema boasts a handful of shops, bars and not surprisingly fabulous seafood restaurants huddled amongst whitewashed fishermen's cottages.
