Each fraction of a Twelfth Share offers one calendar month's exclusive occupancy of the property, on a permanently fixed schedule.

The six winter shares are fixed calendar months (October to March) while the remaining six shares are split so you can enjoy half a month in mid season (April, May, June) and the other half month in high season (July August, September).

You have the option to use your entire allocation yourself, or only use part of your allocation and perhaps let the remainder, either to family or friends or through Vigia's Management Services.
